May 12, 2025 AT 19:52Just wanted to add that I’ve been using DirectMeds Now for 8 months and I love the tracking. I get texts when it’s shipped, when it’s out for delivery, and when it’s delivered. No guessing. No stress.
Also, they let you schedule a refill for the same day every month. I set mine for the 15th. Never missed a dose. My doctor even noticed I was more consistent and said it helped my numbers.
And yeah, their support isn’t 24/7-but they reply to emails within 4 hours. That’s better than my local pharmacy. 😊

May 14, 2025 AT 17:54Actually, I just checked the CIPA database-TrueMeds Canada is certified, but their license expired last month. They’re in renewal pending status. So Ryan C is right to flag this. I called them today and they said it’s a paperwork delay. Still safe to use, but keep an eye on it.
Also, HealthBox Rx doesn’t ship to the U.S. at all. I asked them. They said any U.S. orders are flagged and returned. So if you’re stateside and using them via a friend-you’re risking customs seizure.

May 15, 2025 AT 13:33Wow, I didn’t know TrueMeds’ license was up for renewal. I just assumed they were locked in. That’s scary. I’ll call them tomorrow and ask for a copy of their renewal confirmation.
Also, I just realized-I’ve been using HealthBox Rx for my mom, but I’m in Ohio. They never asked for my address. I thought they shipped everywhere. Now I’m worried. Should I stop?
